VENDOR APPLICATION

Sponsorship Levels

Rainbow Donor — $100

Social media recognition and thanks.

Bronze Donor — $250

Social media recognition with your business logo and a place on our school donor plaque.

Silver Donor — $500

All previous incentives, plus an Infinite Minds Academy swag bag.

Gold Donor — $1,000

All previous incentives, plus a calendar featuring student artwork.

Platinum Donor — $2,500

All previous incentives, a plaque on the front deck of the school, a student art piece, and a donor spotlight showcasing what you find meaningful about your sponsorship and how it will impact the school.

Infinity Donor — $5,000+

All previous incentives, event sponsorship recognition, a plaque presented at the event, and a donor spotlight featuring your story, commitment to the community, interests, and meaningful information about your company or organization.

In-Kind Donations

Equipment and material sponsorships are also welcome. In-kind sponsors will receive social media recognition and thanks.

Vendor Information

Booth Spaces

All vendor spaces are 12 ft × 12 ft.

Power (120V & 240V) is available to vendors at no additional charge through the Town of Candor.

Generators are not permitted to help reduce noise. Vendors requiring power must provide their own 50 ft. drop cords and any necessary adapters.

All canopies must be properly secured for everyone's safety in the event of wind.

Merchandise, Food & Commercial/Informational Vendors
- Single Space: $150
- Double Space: $250

Nonprofit, Nonprofit Informational & Churches
- Single Space: $50
- Double Space: $75

Handcrafters (Non-Commercial Items)
- Single Space: $50
- Double Space: $75
